TORONTO, July 17, 2018 /CNW/ - Hydro One Limited ("Hydro One"), Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announced that an ad hoc nominating committee has been established to satisfy an obligation outlined in the July 11, 2018 agreement with the Province of Ontario for the orderly replacement of the company's Board of Directors. The ad hoc nominating committee is comprised of four of the five largest Hydro One shareholders, excluding the Province, who will identify, nominate and recommend for appointment six replacement directors no later than August 15, 2018.
