Hybrid Paytech World Inc. (CSE: HPT) announces corporate name change to Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. and new board members

MONTREAL, Feb. 6, 2015 /CNW Telbec/- Hybrid Paytech World (the "Company" or "Hybrid") (CSE: HPT) a leader on Mobile Credit and PIN Debit payment solutions and couponing, proudly announces that after a unanimous approval at a Special Shareholder meeting held January 15, 2015, the Company will change its name to Mobi724 Global Solutions.  The newly approved ticker on CSE will be released later on in the month of February pending the final standard regulatory approvals.

Marcel Vienneau CEO – of Hybrid Paytech world also announces and welcomes Stephane Boisvert, Jacques Coté CPA CMA, Allan Rosenheck and Georges Morin as the newly elected board members. Their official start date is March 18, 2015. Each board member will be involved in the various committees based on their expertise and strengths including the audit committee as well as the three (3) newly formed committees which are: the Business Development committee, IT Security-IP & Innovation committee, and the HR committee. The new CEO believes this new structure will add oversight and value for all shareholders in the future of the Company. The new Chair of the board will be elected at the March 18, 2015 meeting.

Stephane Boisvert is currently Senior Vice President of Global Sales of Stingray Digital Inc. He served as the President of Bell Business Markets at BCE Inc. from May 2009 to July 2011 and as President of Enterprise Business at Bell Canada Inc. from August 2006 to July 2011. He has more than 25 years' experience as a thought leader in the Information and Communications technology sector.

Jacques Coté CPA, CMA was previously the CFO of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and currently serves as a special adviser. He is a Director and Board Member of the Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada and the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. He is currently a member of the Audit Committee of CPA Canada and on the Due Diligence Committee of Nominating Fellows for CMA Canada and will bring great value and expertise to the Audit and Governance of the Company.

George Morin is a senior marketing executive and is a founding partner of Cossette Communications Group, Canada's largest home-grown advertising and marketing agency. He is currently a director of ImmerVision, la Chambre de la Securité Financière, Humanware, Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charity and Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal (Montréal Symphony Orchestra (MSO) and is a graduate of the institute of Corporate Directors.

Allan Rosenhek is currently the Vice President and Board Member of Glentel USA Inc. and was previously VP Corporate Development at Glentel Inc. where he built Canada's largest switchless residential long distance business and was instrumental in the creation of Wireless Wave retail stores. He also started and ran Bell Mobility Investments, the strategic venture capital arm, where he lead investments and guided portfolio companies, several of which were acquired. He has a very strong background in business development as well as bringing to market new and innovative ideas and will bring great value as a Board member of the Company.
