LÉVIS, QC, Sept. 11, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Honourable Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Member of Parliament for Lévis-Bellechasse, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce an investment to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
