HUB International Appoints Two New Leaders to its National Employee Benefits & Retirement Team

Appointments reflect HUB Canada's investment in developing leaders from within – to expand client strategy and group retirement capabilities nationwide

TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2026 /CNW/ -- Hub International Holdings, Inc. ("HUB"), a leading full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm, announced today two leadership appointments to its National Employee Benefits & Retirement (EB&R) team: Laura Liden as Vice President of Client Strategy, and Todd Peryk as National Leader and Vice President of Group Retirement. Both will report to Terri Botosan, President, Employee Benefits, Retirement and Life, HUB Canada.

The appointments underscore HUB Canada's continued investment in its Employee Benefits & Retirement practice, reinforcing the national team's ability to deliver strategic, client-focused support as advisors navigate an increasingly complex market.

In her newly created role, Liden will draw on more than a decade of experience in employee benefits, workforce health and sales strategy to help advisors build stronger client programs and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across the country. She previously served as Employee Benefits Strategist on HUB's National EB&R team, where she supported significant new business wins and helped stabilize at-risk client relationships, work that laid the foundation for this next step. She will work with regional teams across Canada to develop programs and strategies that help advisors attract and retain clients.

Peryk steps into his newly created role with more than 28 years of experience across both the insurance carrier and advisor sides of the retirement industry. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Group Retirement, Individual Insurance & Wealth Management, leading distribution strategy for the Coastal Region across group retirement plan sponsors and individual insurance and wealth clients. That dual vantage point gives him a practical understanding of how the industry works from every angle, informing his approach to shaping national strategy for HUB's Group Retirement practice.
