HSBC Bank Canada declares dividends

VANCOUVER, May 14 /CNW/ - Regular quarterly dividends of 31.875 cents per share have been declared on HSBC Bank Canada Class 1 Preferred Shares - Series C, 31.25 cents per share on Class 1 Preferred Shares - Series D, 41.25 cents per share on Class 1 Preferred Shares - Series E and 7.75 cents per share on Class 2 Preferred Shares - Series B. Dividends will be payable on 30 June 2010, for shareholders of record on 15 June 2010.
