While New York City tops the list this year, Canada's own Montreal jumps up one spot to number two on this year's list and hosts a variety of outdoor festivals—including an outdoor dance party in Parc Jean-Drapeau—to kick off the summer season. Also rising one spot from last year, Vancouver (#3) offers festive outdoor activities including a variety of night markets.
