CHÂTEAUGUAY, QC, April 16, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The ministère des Transports du Québec wishes to remind road users that upcoming lane closures for repairs to the structural elements will require the complete closure of the Honoré-Mercier Bridge towards the South Shore during next week-end:

  • From Saturday, April 18th, 2 AM, to Monday, April 20th, 5 AM

The closure of all access to the bridge will progressively start at 2 AM, on Saturday, April 18th.

No traffic will be allowed towards the South Shore. Only both eastbound lanes (towards Montreal) will remain opened to traffic.

Road work in the Saint-Pierre Interchange will also cause the complete closure of the access ramp from autoroute 20 east to route 138 west, from Saturday, April 18th, 6 AM, to Monday, April 20th, 5 AM.

All these interventions might change due to work progression, operational constraints or weather conditions.
