TORONTO, June 30, 2017 /CNW/ - Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held Thursday, June 29, 2017 in Toronto, Ontario.
The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy was 38,409,270 representing 59.72% of Home Capital's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each of the director nominees as follows:
