HMH China Investments Limited to Postpone Annual General Meeting

TORONTO, April 21, 2020 /CNW/ - As a result of ongoing health concerns, travel restrictions and recommendations from government agencies relating to the COVID-19 outbreak, HMH China Investments Limited (the Company) has decided to postpone its annual general meeting (the Meeting) originally scheduled to be held on Friday, May 15, 2020. The Meeting will now be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 1:00 pm (New York time) at Comfort Inn "The Pointe", International Room, One Prospect Pointe, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, U.S.A.

The decision to postpone the Meeting was made out of an abundance of caution, with the intention to reduce the potential risks associated with larger gatherings and travel during the COVID-19 outbreak.
