Help Celebrate Family Doctor Week in Canada November 9-14
EDMONTON, Oct. 28, 2015 /CNW/ - The Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) is calling upon Albertans to help celebrate Family Doctor Week, November 9-14.
The College of Family Physicians of Canada presents the annual week that acknowledges the outstanding contributions of Canadian family doctors for their dedication to their patients and the delivery of high-quality health care.
A family doctor-patient relationship is one of the most trusted in health care. It is a relationship that both the doctor and patient nurture from a patient's first visit—and often the patient's first encounter with the health care system.
