Hearing on the Merits resumes in the Matter of Marlene Legare
TORONTO, April 23 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Marlene Legare by Notice of Hearing dated June 12, 2008.
The hearing of this matter on its merits resumed on April 19-23, 2010 at the Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has been adjourned to September 13 and 14, 2010 at a venue to be announced. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
