VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 23, 2025 /CNW/ - Following a decision of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) in the matter of Teymur Englesby and Cale Nishimura, an appearance will be held before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) pursuant to the Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules.
The hearing is open to the public unless the panel orders otherwise.

The alleged violations occurred while Teymur Englesby and Cale Nishimura were Registered Representatives with PI Financial Corp., now known as Ventum Financial Corp. Teymur Englesby and Cale Nishimura continue to be employed in a registered capacity with Ventum Financial Corp.
