Available at participating Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop restaurants for $2.99, the Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is made fresh to order, served hot and can be made with an egg-white omelet option at 290 calories, 10 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein. The sandwich also can be ordered with regular egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin. This version has 350 calories, 20 grams of protein, 16 grams of fat and is a good source of calcium and iron**.

*The Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich with cheese and ordered with an egg-white omelet option on a toasted English muffin contains about 70% less fat and 45% less calories compared to the Classic Breakfast Sandwich with biscuit, pork sausage and egg (10 grams of fat versus 34 grams of fat; 290 calories versus 530 calories).
