Hasbro's PLAY-DOH brand announces the READY, GO, PLAY-DOH contest

Enter Your Child's PLAY-DOH Creation for a Chance to Win a One Year Supply of PLAY-DOH and a School 'Doh-Nation'

TORONTO, Feb. 11 /CNW Telbec/ - Hasbro Canada's PLAY-DOH brand invites parents and kids nationwide to put on their chef hats and thinking caps to work together to create a fun, imaginative PLAY-DOH "recipe" that could win a One Year Supply of PLAY-DOH and a PLAY-DOH "Doh-nation" for the child's school! Beginning on February 8th parents can visit www.ReadyGoPlayDoh.com to upload a photo of their child's finest food-inspired PLAY-DOH brand creation along with the "recipe" to make it.

"We are extremely excited about the launch of the READY, GO, PLAY-DOH contest," said Andrea Demacio-Morris, Senior Brand Manager for Hasbro's Preschool Brands. "What better way to encourage kids across Canada to use their imaginations and creativity while also having fun with PLAY-DOH."

The grand prize winner of the READY, GO PLAY-DOH CONTEST will receive a one (1) year supply of PLAY-DOH for themselves and a one (1) year "Doh-nation" of PLAY-DOH products for his/her classroom at school.

Contest entries will be accepted from February 8th, 2010 through to April 5th, 2010 at which point 10 finalists will be chosen. On April 19th, 2010 the finalists will be posted on ReadyGoPlayDoh.com and the public will vote on who receives the prize!

The Ready Go Play-Doh website will also host a gallery of creative contest entries and offer downloadable "recipes" for fun, original PLAY-DOH "snacks."
