Hardwoods Distribution Inc. Appoints Peter Bull to Board of Directors

LANGLEY, BC, April 2, 2013 /CNW/ - Hardwoods Distribution Inc. (the "Company") today announced that Peter M. Bull has been appointed to the Company's board of directors.

Mr. Bull is the President of Blenheim Realty Ltd., a commercial real estate company, and is an owner in numerous companies which are primarily engaged in the real estate and building materials industries.

Mr. Bull is the Company's largest shareholder, holding approximately 23.9% of the Company's outstanding common shares.
