OTTAWA, June 9, 2014 /CNW/ - The 9th annual Halogen Software Customer Conference will give customers the chance to grow their talent management knowledge and offer insights on how they can engage and inspire their workforces. This year the conference is headed to the Gaylord National Resort in Washington, D.C. from Sept. 10-12, and will feature more than 50 learning and education sessions.
Best-selling author and award-winning teacher and researcher from Wharton, Adam Grant, will open the conference with a keynote address and offer his revolutionary approach to what it takes to succeed.
"At the 2014 Halogen Customer Conference, I'll examine the surprising forces that drive our success. Beyond motivation, talent, and opportunity, success is also shaped by the way we choose to interact with others, and who we help," says Adam Grant. "Is giving a secret to getting ahead?"

The agenda was packed with a great mix of opportunities to learn more about how to maximize our use of Halogen and how to leverage talent management best practices to drive better business results. Another huge value of the conference is the networking opportunities and getting to hear first-hand how other organizations are using Halogen," says Sherrice Gilcreast, Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Care.
