TORONTO, June 18, 2018 /CNW/ - GreenSpace Brands Inc. ("GreenSpace" or "the Company") (TSXV: JTR) today announced the appointment of Greg Guyatt as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guyatt has over 20 years of public markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance and financial operations experience from the retail and pharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Guyatt brings a wealth of relevant experience having previously held executive roles as Vice President, Finance at Sears Canada and Vice President, Controller at Biovail Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Guyatt held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at KingSett Capital, a leading Canadian private equity real estate firm. Mr. Guyatt holds a CPA, CA designation and began his career at Deloitte & Touche and as an investment banker at UBS Warburg in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Cindy Leung will be stepping down as interim CFO and will continue in her role as Vice President of Finance.
