("Green Grid" or the "Company"), a developer, owner and provider of information technology ("IT") infrastructure facilities with a focus on India and Southeast Asia, announced today that on June 14, 2013 it filed an amended and restated preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada, except Quebec, in connection with a proposed initial public offering (the "Offering") of its ordinary shares. The Offering is being led by National Bank Financial Inc. with the remaining syndicate of underwriters being Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Cormark Securities Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc.
The amended and restated preliminary prospectus has not yet become final for the purposes of the sale of the securities, and information contained in the preliminary prospectus may not be complete and may have to be amended.
