WINNIPEG, Nov. 16, 2009 /CNW/ - Great-West Lifeco Inc. (the "Company") today announced the closing of its previously announced offering of an aggregate of $200 million principal amount of 5.998% debentures maturing November 16, 2039. The offering was made through a syndicate of agents co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and comprised of CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Casgrain & Company Limited and Desjardins Securities Inc.
