Governor General to Mark the 150th Anniversary of the Parliamentary Press Gallery

OTTAWA, June 3, 2016 /CNW/ - Their Excellencies the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, and Mrs. Sharon Johnston will attend the annual Parliamentary Press Gallery dinner on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at the Canadian Museum of History, in Gatineau, Quebec.

As this year marks the 150th anniversary of the Canadian Parliamentary Press Gallery, the Governor General will deliver remarks on this special occasion. Their Excellencies will be the guests of Ms. Manon Cornellier, President of the Canadian Parliamentary Press Gallery.
