Saint-Ambroise business receives $600,000 in financial assistance from CED.
SAINT-AMBROISE, QC, Aug. 21, 2026 /CNW/ -- Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
Carlos Leitão, Member of Parliament for Marc-Aurèle-Fortin and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for CED, today announced a repayable contribution of $600,000 for Aliar Fabrication & Structures so it can improve its productivity.
Aliar Fabrication & Structures is a manufacturing business specializing in the design and manufacture of steel and aluminum products for the agricultural, railway, industrial and commercial sectors. It has recognized expertise in designing, manufacturing and installing agricultural equipment for the packaging and conditioning of fresh produce, as well as in metal structures and welded assembly components for the industrial and commercial sectors. Among the main products it manufactures are building structures, conveyors, silos, reservoirs and ore chutes. To remain competitive in its sectors of activity, the business must invest to enhance its fleet of equipment. CED's contribution will focus on the cost of acquiring, delivering and installing new digital production equipment.
