("Global Water") announced today that the Goleta Water District ("Goleta") Public Information Committee has recommended selection of Global Water's FATHOM™ for a Customer Information System, inclusive of Electronic Billing and Payment. The item has been forwarded to the Goleta Board of Directors for final approval. FATHOM is an integrated suite of advanced technology products designed to bring heightened efficiencies to utility operations.
Upon approval, Global Water's FATHOM platform will service approximately 16,600 service connections and a population of 87,000, offering Goleta an opportunity to build upon its water conservation efforts by offering customers access to industry leading technologies and a high level of automated services.
