Attendees will hear from leading experts in the areas of hand hygiene, skin health, infection prevention and technology as they discuss new ways to strengthen current hand hygiene programs and ways to overcome barriers to hand hygiene compliance.
GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts and GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Hand Hygiene Solutions
GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts is an Internet of Things solution designed to provide a healthcare facility's staff with real-time monitoring of refill status, battery life, communication and dispenser status for GOJO dispensers.
The solution works by collecting usage and status data for each GOJO-monitored device. GOJO technology then collates this information and sends not only real-time updates, but also predicts when a dispenser will need to be refilled via web portal, email or mobile device.
The GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts product is the newest addition to the GOJO® SMARTLINK™ solution. Other components include:
- GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Activity Monitoring System monitors and measures hand hygiene of everyone on a group level, providing real-time actionable data by facility, floor, unit or room.
- GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Integrated Technology integrates with all leading Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS) providers and stand-alone, person-specific hand hygiene monitoring systems and provides hand hygiene compliance at an individual level by communicating with employee badges.
- GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Clinician-Based Support provides GOJO clinicians who become part of the hospital's infection prevention team and provide customized implementation, on-site audits, setup, baseline measurements and detailed improvement plans.
- GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Observation System is a mobile application and accompanying web-based software that facilitates the collection and collation of hand hygiene and personal protective equipment metrics.
