OTTAWA, Sept. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - When shopping for a furnace, colour isn't normally an option, but Ottawa Home Services now wants you to think about pink.
During its Pink Campaign, Sept. 9 - October 18, the local heating and air conditioning company is selling pink furnaces and donating $200 to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation for every new furnace installation.
"We want to help the Cancer Foundation in a way that really catches people's attention," said Ottawa Home Services Owner Marc Hannah. "We have already started installing pink furnaces. Customers love them and they're especially pleased that it helps a great cause."
Don't let the pretty colour fool you, however, the company's furnaces by Carrier, Trane and Amana pack a lot of punch. These products are designed with the latest technology, are highly energy efficient and keep home temperatures consistent. That means comfort and savings, even in the coldest days of winter.
Since its founding in 2003, Ottawa Home Services has become one of Ottawa's leading residential heating and cooling companies, specializing in the installation, service and maintenance of furnaces, air conditioners, boilers and water heaters, as well as tank and tankless water heater rentals. The company services more than 3,500 homes across Ottawa, from Barrhaven to Cumberland to Kanata.
Ottawa Home Services also donates $10 to the Cancer Foundation for each Protection Plan it sells throughout the year.
