During the Annual Meeting, Laurent Verreault, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Verreault, President and Chief Operating Officer and Marc Barbeau , Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, will present an overview of the financial results and key highlights for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 and first quarter of fiscal 2010. They will also discuss recent developments and GLV's growth projects, including the planned acquisition of Austrian company Christ Water Technology AG.

Management will be available to meet the media immediately after the Annual Meeting.
