GLV - Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday,

MONTREAL, Sept. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - GLV Inc. (TSX: GLV.A, GLV.B) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., in Pablo Picasso Room of Sofitel Montréal Golden Mile Hotel, 1155 Sherbrooke Street West, Montréal.

During the meeting, Laurent Verreault, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Verreault, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Marc Barbeau, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, will present an overview of the financial results and highlights for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 and first quarter of fiscal 2011. They will also discuss recent developments and business outlook for the company.
