Globalive to respond to Government of Canada decision

TORONTO, Dec. 11 /CNW/ - Globalive to respond to the Government of Canada decision today to vary a previous Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications (CRTC) ruling. The Government of Canada variance is effective immediately and will allow Globalive's brand, WIND Mobile, to enter the market without delay.
