Global Water Reports Director Election Results
PHOENIX, May 16, 2013 /CNW/ - GWR Global Water Resources Corp. (TSX: GWR), today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular, dated April 10, 2013, for the 2013 Annual of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as Directors of the Company. At the Meeting, held on May 13, 2013 in Toronto, all resolutions put to vote were passed. The results of the vote for the election of Directors at the Meeting are as follows:

David C. Tedesco was elected as a new independent member of the Board of Directors of the Company, resulting from the vacancy of E.J. Bird not standing for re-election.

David Tedesco is the founder and CEO of True North Companies, one of Arizona's largest and most active private investment firms. Prior to forming True North, Mr. Tedesco founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of multiple successful companies. As an independent investor and lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Tedesco has served on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations.
