(TSX: GWR), today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular, dated April 10, 2013, for the 2013 Annual of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as Directors of the Company. At the Meeting, held on May 13, 2013 in Toronto, all resolutions put to vote were passed. The results of the vote for the election of Directors at the Meeting are as follows:

David C. Tedesco was elected as a new independent member of the Board of Directors of the Company, resulting from the vacancy of E.J. Bird not standing for re-election.
