Global Dividend Fund Refiles Interim Financial Report

TORONTO, Dec. 23, 2014 /CNW/ - (TSX:  GDP.UN):  BlackBridge Capital Management Corp. ("BlackBridge") the manager of the Global Dividend Fund (the "Funds") announced today that it has revised and refiled the Fund's interim financial report today for the six month period ended June 30, 2014 to include the following information inadvertently omitted from the original financial report previously filed on SEDAR:

a)	The required statement that the interim financial report has not been reviewed by the Funds' auditor as per by Section 2.12 of National Instrument 81-106;
b)	An unreserved statement of compliance with International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting as required by Section 3.6(3)(b) of National Instrument 81-106, in the notes of the financial statements; and
c)	A comprehensive income reconciliation for the 6 months ended June 30, 2013 and a six month equity reconciliation for the period ended June 30, 2013;
