Gitennes Announces Management Changes

VANCOUVER, Feb. 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Gitennes Exploration Inc. (TSXV-GIT) advises that Jerry Blackwell has resigned as President of the Company in order to pursue new opportunities. Mr Blackwell has been with Gitennes since the commencement of Operations in May 1993, and will continue to be a member of the Board of Directors and will act as Gitennes' Qualified Person (as defined by National Instrument 43-101).  On an interim basis, the role of President and CEO will be assumed by Ken Booth, a Director of the Company.
