Gerber Collision acquires four collision repair centers in Arizona and opens
new location in Georgia

WINNIPEG , Dec. 8 /CNW/ - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the acquisition of Big Sky Autobody in Arizona and the opening of a new start-up in Georgia . Big Sky Autobody is a regional operator of four collision repair centers in Arizona with three centers located in Tucson and one in Avondale. These four centers will be re-branded under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. The new start-up is located in Rome, Georgia and is approximately 12,000 square feet in size. With these five new facilities, Gerber Collision & Glass now operates 11 centers in Arizona, seven in Georgia and 53 overall in the U.S.
