Genius World Investments Limited - Qualifying Transaction Deadline Extended

RICHMOND , BC, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - Genius World Investments Limited (the "Issuer") (TSX-V: GNW.P) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has granted the Issuer the extension to March 31, 2010 to complete a qualifying transaction, subject to the condition that the Issuer holds its Annual General Meeting by no later than December 31, 2009 .
