Gale Force provides IFRS transition update
DALLAS, TX, April 12, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - As previously announced, Gale Force Petroleum Inc. (TSXV: GFP) (OTCQX: GFPMF) ("Gale Force" or the "Company") announced again today that to improve the Company's transition from Canadian GAAP to IFRS reporting standards, it will be issuing restated financial statements for the periods ended September 30, 2011 and December 31, 2011.
