G8 leaders are pregnant with promises, but will they deliver?

World Vision's larger than life message to the leaders of the G8

TORONTO, June 24 /CNW/ -

    WHEN: Thursday June 24, 2010
              2:00 p.m.

WHERE: St. James Cathedral, West Lawn
              65 Church Street

VISUALS: Creative visual display of larger than life 'pregnant with
promises' G8 leaders roaming around on stilts. Each G8 leader
is pregnant and will be examined with an ultrasound machine by
a midwife. The results of the test will show the promises they
have made on the screen. Local World Vision activists will pace
around the leaders holding ghostly white strollers, cribs and
toys to symbolize the 8.8 million children every year who die
before their fifth birthday. South African vuvuzela horns will
be used as fetal heart monitors on the pregnant leaders.
