FTI Ontario Announces 2nd Annual Glazier Expo 2026

Ontario's glazing industry comes together October 14 to showcase innovation, education and certification.

TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2026 /CNW/ -- The Finishing Trades Institute of Ontario (FTI Ontario), in partnership with the Architectural Glass & Metal Contractors Association (AGMCA) and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT), is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Glazier Expo, taking place Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the FTI Toronto Training Centre, 130 Toro Road, Unit C, Toronto, ON.

Following the success of the inaugural Glazier Expo in 2025, this year's event will once again bring together glaziers, contractors, manufacturers, architects, apprentices, educators and industry leaders from across Ontario for a day centered around the theme Innovation. Education. Certification.

Highlights of the Expo include:

• Live glazing and curtain wall installation demonstrations
• Tour of the FTI Toronto Glazier Training Centre
• Live demonstration of the AGMT certification process
• Product demonstrations and educational presentations from leading manufacturers and suppliers
• Networking with contractors, architects, manufacturers, apprentices and skilled trades professionals
