Franchise Services of North America Inc. announces that Simply Wheelz LLC has filed for federal bankruptcy protection

RIDGELAND, MS, Nov. 6, 2013 /CNW/ - FRANCHISE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA INC. ("FSNA" or the "Company") (FSN.V) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Simply Wheelz LLC, which does business as Advantage Rent A Car, filed for U.S. federal bankruptcy protection in the federal bankruptcy courts of the State of Mississippi today.  First day motions with respect thereto have been scheduled for November 7, 2013.
