Franchise Services of North America announces CFO resignation

RIDGELAND, MS, Feb. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - FRANCHISE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA INC. ("FSNA" or the "Company") (FSN.V) announces that David Mitchell has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. FSNA would like to thank Mr. Mitchell for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the best with future endeavours.  The Board of Directors has appointed Ashley Chambliss as Interim Chief Financial Officer.  Mrs. Chambliss has served as the Company's Controller since November 2006 and has previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.  Mrs. Chambliss's appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
