Forum National Investments Ltd. and Daniel Clozza apologize to Malki Haer

VANCOUVER, Feb. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - On September 6, 2012, Forum National Investments Ltd. ("Forum National") and Daniel Clozza published a press release which accused Malki Haer, Senior Compliance Officer with the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC"), of misconduct in the course of an investigation of Forum National and Clozza being conducted by the BCSC.  Mr. Haer maintained that the allegations in the press release were false and baseless.

Today, Forum National and Daniel Clozza issued a full apology and retraction to Mr. Haer for the content of the September 6, 2012 press release confirming the falsity of all allegations of wrongdoing or misconduct made against Mr. Haer in the press release.

The full text of Forum National's and Clozza's apology to Mr. Haer is as follows:

APOLOGY AND RETRACTION

1. On September 6, 2012, Daniel Clozza and Forum National Investments Ltd. caused to be published on the internet a press release (the "Press Release"), which Press Release was widely re-published on hundreds of different websites on the internet.
2. The Press Release contained allegations of wrongdoing or misconduct made against Malki Haer, a Senior Compliance Officer with the British Columbia Securities Commission.
3. The allegations of wrongdoing or misconduct made against Malki Haer in the Press Release were false.
4. Forum National Investments Ltd. and Daniel Clozza each hereby fully and unconditionally retract each allegation of wrongdoing or misconduct made against Mr. Haer in the Press Release.
5. Forum National Investments Ltd. and Daniel Clozza each offer an unconditional apology to Mr. Haer for any harm to Mr. Haer the Press Release has caused.
6. Forum National Investments Ltd. and Daniel Clozza have each obtained independent legal advice before executing this Apology and Retraction.

"There was never any merit to the allegations that Forum National and Daniel Clozza made against me in the Forum National press release," said Haer.  "With this apology and retraction we can put the matter behind us".
