Approximately 2.5 million Canadians have food allergies, a recent Ipsos survey conducted for Enjoy Life Foods revealed that 40% of Canadians know someone with a life-threatening food allergy1.
In Canada, 6% of people suffer from a life-threatening food allergy. Among those who do, 73% are nervous that when they don't prepare food for themselves, it could contain something that could cause an allergic reaction2.
