Mr. Bitton, who will serve as President and CEO of the dealership said: "This new Fisker brand will fit perfectly with the existing Rolls Royce dealership. With its elegance and green power, Fisker will add a new level of diversity to the range of vehicles already available in our prestigious dealership. Recognized as experts in the manufacturing of high-quality "green" automobiles, Fisker has marketed the Karma as the first true luxury electric vehicle with extended range. The Karma, which combines both style and performance, can be driven in two distinct modes: a fully electric Stealth Mode and a Sport mode where the electric engine is supported by an internal combustion engine. The electric mode allows the Karma to sustain a range of 80 Km, however, when combined with the internal combustion engine, that range increases to over 480 km. Fisker's emphasis on green technology has in no way reduced the performance of the Karma. In Sport Mode, the vehicle can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds and achieve a top speed of 200 km/h. The Karma is truly a vehicle without compromise offering superior performance without major harm to the environment. Moreover, all materials used in the manufacturing of this impressive vehicle are sourced from reusable or recycled sources which are non-damaging to the environment. The Karma is also equipped with many advanced electronic systems designed to enhance the driving experience, such as a touch-screen control center, regenerative braking systems, the patented range-extending EVerTM powertrain system as well as the largest solar glass roof ever designed for a production vehicle.
Fisker currently offers three versions of the Karma which retail from 112,000 to 125,000 dollars. These exciting and innovative cars will be available towards the end of May at the Rolls Royce Motor Cars Quebec. All vehicle maintenance will also be provided at the Rolls Royce location.
