with Shop To Earth Inc.

ABBOTSFORD, BC, Oct. 12 /CNW/ - At a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on October 8th, 2010, the Shareholders of FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. (FCI-CNSX) have elected to defer the vote to complete a business combination with Shop To Earth, Inc. (STE); and that the vote for Directors of the Company be deferred until the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
