Finavera Wind Energy Announces $850,000 Loan
VANCOUVER, June 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Finavera Wind Energy Inc. ('Finavera Wind Energy' or the 'Company') (TSX-V: FVR) announces that it has arranged an $850,000 bridge loan. The loan has a one year term with an annual interest rate of 7%. A total of 2,000,000 share purchase warrants will be issued to the lender, with each warrant exercisable at $0.18 for 12 months from the date of closing of the loan.
Proceeds of the loan will be primarily used for general working capital and ongoing wind project development. This bridge financing will provide the Company with sufficient working capital to progress to a strategic transaction.
The bridge loan is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
