CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH, NL, Sept. 8, 2026 /CNW/ -- Recreational infrastructure upgrades are coming to Worsley Park, Topsail Beach, Lawrence Pond, and CBS T'Railway after an investment of more than one million dollars from the federal government.
This was announced by Paul Connors, Member of Parliament for Avalon, and His Worship Darrin Bent, Mayor of Conception Bay South.
The project consists of improvements to active transportation pathways in Conception Bay South which will include new washrooms, lockers, bike racks, e-bikes and new rest stops along the pathways at Worsley Park, Topsail Beach, Lawrence Pond, and the CBS T'Railway.
