Feast Expands, Serving More Areas in Toronto and Accessible on Android and Web

On-demand food delivery company brings its handcrafted, chef-made meals to more customers.

TORONTO, April 6, 2015 /CNW/ - Feast, a Toronto based on-demand food company that creates chef-made meals delivered in minutes, announces the launch of its dinner service, Android application and web ordering. The service area has expanded as well, extending to Dufferin Street to service the downtown West end including Liberty Village. To date, the service has been available for lunch on Apple iOS devices. This expansion offers greater accessibility for Torontonians who are seeking high quality food made from local and sustainable ingredients.

"Feast wrapped a successful trial period and we are now offering our service to a wider group of people" says Steve Harmer, CEO and Founder of Feast. "Customers tell us they want high quality meals and our dinner menu reflects our values of providing deliciously prepared, local and healthy food. We're excited to be able to offer it to more people more ways."

Executive Chef Curt Martin has designed the menu to be restaurant quality and made to endure the rigours that the delivery process can have on meals.  All items go through exhaustive stress testing to ensure the quality and flavour of the dish is of the utmost calibre when it gets into the customer's hands.  Feast's dinner menu includes: Tuna Tataki, Mole Short Rib & Succotash, South American Steak Salad, Coconut Chicken Balti and more.

"Our food design is a very in-depth process," says Trish Magwood, SVP Food Experience at Feast, "From the conceptualization of the dish to our testing programs, we don't compromise on quality of the meals. Our loyal customers love our from scratch approach, local ingredients and handcrafted preparation. You can tell we put love into every dish."

Feast's dinner service opens weekdays at 5pm along with its standard lunch hours of 11am - 1:30pm.  Since launching in December, Feast's average delivery time has been under 15 minutes, helping propel the app to a 5-star rating on the Apple App Store.  The Android app is available for immediate download through the Google Play store and web ordering can be done through www.eatfeast.com.
