(the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its previously announced public offering of Class A shares (the "Shares") of the Company which were issued for cash at a price of $3.59 per Share (the "Offering"). The Company raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4,604,534 under the Offering. The Shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FGX.
