Exro Announces Voting Results at 2023 Annual General and Special Meeting

All other matters put forward to shareholders at the Meeting were also approved by the requisite majority of votes, including setting the number of directors at six, the appointment of the Company's auditors, the approval of the Company's omnibus long-term incentive plan, the ratification of grants made under the Company's omnibus long-term incentive plan, and the amendment to the Company's articles to adopt advance notice provisions in respect of the nomination of directors. At the Meeting, 58,514,536 shares were voted, representing 34.86% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares.
