Everfront Ventures Corp. Reports Amendment of Expiry Date of Outstanding Stock Options

TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2016 /CNW/ - Everfront Ventures Corp. ("Everfront" or the "Company") (TSXV/NEX: EVC.H) announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the amendment of the expiry date of all outstanding stock options, in accordance with the stock option plan of the Company and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and the NEX board of the TSXV. All outstanding stock options now expire on December 13, 2021.
