CALGARY, March 1, 2017 /CNW/ - ESI Energy Services Inc. (CSE: OPI) ("ESI" or the "Company") announces that pursuant to the Company's Equity Incentive Plan adopted February 27, 2017, an aggregate of 2,230,104 options have been granted to directors, officers and senior employees of the Company to purchase ESI common shares at an exercise price of $0.50 per share. The options granted vest over a period of two years and expire on February 27, 2022, five years after the grant date. All of the options granted shall be governed in accordance with the terms of the Company's Equity Incentive Plan and are subject to CSE approval.
