HOUSTON, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EOR) (the "Company") is not proceeding with the private placement announced August 6th, 2010 and announces today a non-brokered private placement offering of up to $2,200,000 (CDN) comprised of Units (up to 11,000,000 Units) at $0.20 per Unit (the "Offering"). Each Unit is comprised of 1 common share and one half of one transferable common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.25 per share for a period of 24 months from closing. The proceeds from the Offering are intended to be used for continued development operations in the Company's oil fields in New Mexico and for general working capital. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering. The Offering and payment of any finder's fees are subject to regulatory approval.
