TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2019 /CNW/ - The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has scheduled a hearing to consider whether a Settlement Agreement entered into between IIROC staff and Francesco Coccimiglio should be accepted.
The Agreement concerns the allegation that Franscesco Coccimiglio engaged in personal financial dealings with a client.
The hearing is not open to the public, but will become open in the event that the panel accepts the agreement. If the agreement is accepted, the Panel's decision and the Settlement Agreement will be made available at www.iiroc.ca.

IIROC formally initiated the investigation into Mr. Coccimiglio's conduct in May 2018. The conduct occurred while he was a Registered Representative with the Toronto branch of TD Waterhouse Canada Inc., an IIROC-regulated firm. Mr. Coccimiglio is currently registered with Hampton Securities Limited, an IIROC-regulated firm.
